The following terms and conditions apply.
1. There is one prize as described unless otherwise stipulated.
2. Entries will only be valid with those entries that have a valid email address.
3. By entering the prize draw you accept that your details will be added to both the Sunderland AFC databases and used in accordance with the club's privacy policy.
4. Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Sunderland AFC or any other person who is directly connected with either organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.
5. By entering the prize draw entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
6. All decisions of SAFC will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable SAFC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by SAFC then SAFC may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
9. Entry costs (where applicable) are as advertised. Entrants are liable for their costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks.
10. SAFC/ reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
11. The winners will be picked at random by Sunderland AFC after the advertised closing date.
12. Entrants must be over 16 years of age.
13. The prize can only be delivered to residents with a UK address.
