Loan Watch: Duo feature in four-goal thrillers

Seb Coates – Chaves 2-2 Sporting Lisbon

Seb Coates featured for 90 minutes as Sporting Lisbon conceded late on to drop two points at Chaves.

Rafael Lopes put the hosts ahead on four minutes before Bas Dost equalised on the stroke of half-time following Gelson Martin’s assist.

Sporting then turned the fixture on its head with 16 minutes to go, Dost bagged his second of the match before Fabio Martins ensured Chaves earned at least a point three minutes from time.

The result sees Sporting stay third, four points off Porto in second and eight behind leaders Benfica.

Jeremain Lens – Fenerbahce 2-2 Adanaspor

Jeremain Lens completed the full match as Fenerbahce twice came from behind to secure a point at home to a battling Adanaspor.

Magaye Gueye broke the deadlock on 23 minutes before Mehmet Topal equalised five minutes before the break.

Unfazed by the leveller, Roni restored the visitors lead in stoppage time and sent them into the break with a surprise lead over Super Lig title-hopefuls Fenerbahce.

The hosts returned much stronger in the second period, but came up against a resolute opposition who proved to be stubborn opponents.

Adanaspor’s resolve was finally breached though 12 minutes from time, Fernadao dispatched the all-important penalty to give the hosts a share of the spoils.
