David Moyes turned the heat up on Sunderland's second day in New York as he took his players for an intense gym and spinning session.
Fresh from a brisk run around Manhattan's famous urban park, Central Park, on Tuesday in sub zero temperatures, Moyes decided to raise the intensity on day two as his players visited Equinox gym and Soul Cycle.
