Sunderland’s pre-season trip to Austria continued in a familiar fashion on Sunday with the Lads once again undertaking three challenging sessions.
Starting with an early bike ride, the players also undertook various tests before heading to the training ground to build their fitness with strength and conditioning training completing the day.
