After kicking off day one in the swimming pool and two sessions on the training pitch, the Black Cats backroom team mixed it up a little for the players today with an early morning bike ride around the local town.
The coaches and players headed out bright and early before breakfast to put in some miles – and take in some Austrian scenery while they rode!
