The 2016-17 Premier League season is still a few days away, but you can secure your seat for the first home game of the campaign right here, right now.
Following an opening-day clash with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, Sunderland will return to the Stadium of Light for a highly-anticipated Wear-Tees derby against Middlesbrough on Sunday 21 August (KO 1.30pm).
Aitor Karanka’s side, who open their top-flight return against Stoke City, will be aiming to make a big impression after sealing automatic promotion.
Prices start from £27 for adults and £12 for under 16s. Seats for supporters aged over 65 are available from £23 and just £19 for under 22s.
Please note that in the interests of safety, supporters must have a valid Sunderland AFC customer number and purchasing history with the club in order to buy tickets in the home sections for this game.
A limit of six tickets per customer is in place for this game and supporters are reminded that they are responsible for any tickets purchased under their name and customer number, which are then passed on to third parties.
Tickets are also on sale for Sunderland’s next home fixture against Everton on Monday 12 September (KO 8pm).
