Five youngsters in league and cup action.

Billy Knott was on the losing side as Wycombe Wanderers suffered a home defeat to Cheltenham in League Two over the weekend.

Jamie Cureton gave the visitors the lead just before the hour only for Matt McClure to equalise when he connected with a Knott delivery.

However, the on-loan youngster was then unlucky to see Sam Deering’s cross strike him and fly into the net as Town secured a 2-1 victory.

Wycombe are now 13th in League Two.

Meanwhile Jordan Pickford returned to action with Burton Albion, who suffered a 2-0 defeat at Dagenham and Redbridge.

Zavon Hines sent the hosts on their way with an 8th-minute penalty before Luke Howell headed in nine minutes into the second half.

Liam Marrs was in FA Trophy action with Skrill North side Boston United, who booked safe passage into the next round with a 4-1 win over Redditch.

Adam Mitchell’s Harrogate will replay their tie against Bradford Park Avenue following a 1-1 home draw.

The winger played the full game as Chris Hall's 24th-minute opener was cancelled out by a goal from Nicky Boshell.

And Joel Dixon’s Workington are out of the competition, losing 3-0 at Hednesford with the young keeper playing the full 90 minutes.
