Trio set for qualifier

O'Shea, McClean and Westwood geared up for Ireland clash.

John O’Shea, James McClean and Keiren Westwood could all feature as the Republic of Ireland host Austria in a World Cup Qualifier in Dublin on Tuesday.

Giovanni Trapattoni will be hoping his side can move second in Group C and close the gap on leaders Germany to just three points.

Meanwhile, David Vaughan’s Wales will look to build on their win over Scotland last Friday as they host Croatia in Cardiff.

The Welsh have to beat the Croatians to stand any chance of qualification from Group A.

In the same group, Simon Mignolet’s Belgium host Macedonia hoping to keep their place at the top of the table.

Elsewhere, Sebastian Larsson’s Sweden travel to Slovakia for an international friendly, Larsson’s side are in preparation for a tight run-in with Ireland for a play-off spot.

Ji Dong-won and Ahmed Elmohamady could both feature for South Korea and Egypt respectively.

South Korea play Qatar in World Cup Qualifier whilst Egypt host Zimbabwe.
