Ahmed Elmohamady

Loanees in midweek action

Elmohamady and Knott ready to go.

Ahmed Elmohamady’s Hull City can all but secure automatic promotion to the Barclays Premier League this evening as they travel to relegation-threatened Wolves.

If the Tigers win at Molineux and Watford lose at Millwall then Steve Bruce’s side will hold a nine-point advantage with three games remaining.

Hull have won their last two and, if they win three consecutive games for the first time since February, they’ll be all but promoted to the top flight.

Meanwhile, Billy Knott’s Woking are continuing their surge for their highest finish since 2005 as the Cardinals host promotion-chasing Grimsby at the Kingfield Stadium.

Woking could move seventh with a win tonight against a Grimsby side who have already confirmed their play-off spot.
