Ahmed impresses in four star show.
Sunderland’s Egyptian winger Ahmed Elmohamady was in impressive form as Hull City cruised past Milwall in the Championship.
Elmo, who is on a season-long loan at the KC Stadium, went close to scoring on a number of occasions as Hull notched four first-half goals against Millwall to record their third successive home victory.
However, it was team mate Robert Koren that opened the scoring for the Tigers before Jay Simpson made it 2-0.
Abdoulaye Faye headed in the third and Sone Aluko tucked in another five minutes before half-time.
Darius Henderson headed in a consolation goal after the break for Milwall.
In League One, youngster Craig Lynch came off the bench in Hartlepool United’s draw with Bournemouth.
He replaced Anthony Sweeney in the 84th minute, six minutes before Bournemouth’s record signing Matt Tubbs salvaged a point for his side with an injury-time equaliser.
Elsewhere, goalkeeper Ben Wilson was an unused substitute for Chesterfield, as they picked up their first league win of the season, with a 3-1 victory over Wycombe.
