Supporters attending the Hull City match at the Stadium of Light on Saturday can enjoy all the usual pre-match entertainment in the Fan Zone.
A great addition to the matchday experience, the Fan Zone features bar and food outlets, local music talent, radio roadshows, a giant screen playing match highlights and classic games, along with a range of interactive activities, competitions and appearances from former and current players.
The Fan Zone will open three hours ahead of the visit of Hull, with north east band Twist Helix set to provide the entertainment.
Twist Helix are an electro-pop band known for their "glitzy, sparkling dance-rock" sound (24ourmusic, Canada). Having launched their debut single Decade (“an indie-pop gem” Alternative Tracks) in January of 2016 the group have recently returned from their first European tour dates promoting their indie-concept album Manifesto ("a thrill of intelligent synth pop"- NARC Magazine) .
Fronted by Spanish born Bea Garcia (“Captivating vocals” – SheWolfRadio.com), their live shows have gained a reputation for their “full epic sound, and addictive melodies” (Mirolloeselindie, Spain) thanks to Garcia’s “standout” vocals complimented by an “emphatically powerful” rhythm section (GigsNE).
