Football fans can be among the first to experience the north east’s newest hotel, as doors open for the final games of the 2015-2016 Barclays Premier League season.
The Hilton Garden Inn Sunderland, adjacent to the Stadium of Light opens ahead of the Black Cats’ final two home games, against Chelsea (3pm, Saturday 7 May) and Everton (7.45pm, Wednesday 11 May).
Bookings are now available to supporters who wish to extend their matchday experience with an overnight stay.
Reservations are now being taken for overnight accommodation at the Hilton Garden Inn on May 7 (Chelsea) and May 11 (Everton).
Priority bookings can now be made by Sunderland supporters, season card holders and hospitality customers alongside away supporters by emailing enquiries@hgisunderland.com.
To celebrate the launch of the hotel, Sunderland AFC is also offering a new matchday and weekend packages.
This includes a champagne and canapes reception, pre-match Q&A and meet and greet with former SAFC players and a three course, pan-American gourmet grill buffet served in the Karbon Grill, the Hilton Garden Inn’s destination restaurant, two hours before kick-off.
The new package also includes prime, centre line seats in the West Stand for the match, half time bar access in the Stadium of Light, complimentary parking and full-time refreshments served back at the Hiton Garden Inn.
