Information for fans ahead of pre-season trip.

Sunderland AFC travel to Portugal later this month as part of the team’s pre-season plans ahead of the 2014-15 campaign.

The Black Cats head to the Algarve where they will play three games, which will now all take place at the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira.

Gus Poyet’s men kick off the week facing Spanish Segunda Division side Recreativo de Huelva on Tuesday 29th July, 8pm kick off.

The club were then due to face Benfica at Estádio Municipal de Portimão on Wednesday 30th July, but due to circumstances beyond SAFC’s control, this game will no longer take place.

However, the team will now play against Portuguese Primeira Liga side C.D. Nacional on Wednesday 30th July, 8pm kick-off, at the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira.

The Black Cats end their stay in Portugal with a third game, against top flight Portuguese outfit Vitória Setúbal, on Saturday 2nd August, 8pm kick-off at the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira.

Supporters can purchase a special three game ticket for the games in the Algarve via the promoter, priced at €40 for the bundle. Alternatively, supporters can purchase individual match tickets priced at €15 for each game.
