A full-size edition of the award-winning Red & White is available for tonight’s Capital One Cup semi-final first leg against Manchester United.

Priced at the usual £3, the programme features columns from chief executive Margaret Byrne, head coach Gus Poyet and captain John O’Shea.

Meanwhile both Gavin McCann and Len Ashurst share their memories of the previous semi-finals played on Wearside.

McCann scored in the last League Cup semi-final played at Sunderland, while Ashurst played at this stage of the competition in 1963 before later managing the club in the 1985 final.

Wes Brown and Ondrej Celustka are the main interviews while Gary Pallister and Clayton Blackmore have spoken to Red & White to give the visitors’ point of view.

In a typically full to bursting programme O’Shea, Emanuele Giaccherini and Lee Cattermole take on Red & White’s quizzes and questionnaires, while Ged McNamee reviews the first half of the season for the Academy.

Don’t miss out – be sure to pick up your copy around the ground tonight.
