Home game versus Stoke moved

by Sunderland AFC

Clash with Potters put back 24 hours.

Sunderland AFC’s home fixture against Stoke City has been moved by 24 hours by the Premier League.

The Black Cats were due to face Mark Hughes’ men on Tuesday 28 January, but the game will now take place on Wednesday 29th January, KO 7.45pm.

The change of date comes due to Stoke City’s involvement in an FA Cup with Budweiser Fourth Round tie against Chelsea 48 hours earlier.

Sunderland AFC recognised the potential inconvenience to supporters and requested that the game remained on Tuesday evening. Unfortunately this request was refused.

Supporters are advised that all tickets are valid for the new date.  Any supporter who is unable to attend the re-arranged game can apply for a full refund no later than 5pm on Friday 17th January.
