Former stopper set for pre-derby chat.
Former Sunderland goalkeeper Chris Turner is set to take to the hot-seat in the Black Cats Bar ahead of Sunday's Wear-Tyne derby.
Turner was at Sunderland between 1978 and 1985, making just short of 200 appearances for the Lads, before moving on to Manchester United, and enjoying spells at Sheffield Wednesday and Leyton Orient.
After retiring he also managed Orient and Wednesday, and then moved back to the north east to take the helm at Hartlepool United.
Supporters can hear from the former stopper when he visits the Black Cats Bar at around 12noon on Sunday.
Ahead of every game at the Stadium of Light, a special guest takes to the Black Cats Bar for a pre-match chat.
Fans can also enjoy a complimentary dish of the day, free matchday programme and take advantage of drinks offers in the Black Cats Bar every matchday.
