Introduction to 'print at home' service.
The club now offers a ‘print at home’ ticket service to make it even easier for fans to purchase tickets for matches at the Stadium of Light.
The service is available for all home match tickets purchased via the online ticket office, allowing supporters to print their own tickets before the game rather than having them posted or collecting from the ticket office.
There is no extra charge for the print at home service and all the relevant documents are delivered quickly and easily via e-mail.

WHAT ARE PRINT AT HOME TICKETS?
Print at home are tickets that you print yourself. Each ticket has a unique barcode which is scanned by our turnstile readers. If you have ordered multiple tickets you MUST print out each ticket as a unique barcode is on each sheet of A4 paper.
HOW DOES PRINT AT HOME WORK?
Print at home tickets are sent to you via an e-mail which will state ‘print e- ticket’.
You MUST print out all the ticket(s) and bring them to the event. There is one page per ticket.
It is possible that the barcode is not displayed and you must then click the box where the bar code is located to download the image.
You do not need to bring your confirmation receipt.
HOW DO I PRINT TICKETS?
Once you have placed your order, if print at home is operating for the match, the delivery method will default to e-ticket. (This can be changed to paper ticket from the drop-down menu if required).
The tickets will be sent to you by e-mail to enable you to print them on your home printer.
To print your tickets you will need a black ink or colour printer and plain white paper.
Please ensure the barcode is displayed and, if not, click the area to download the image.
As your ticket has to be scanned at the relevant entrance turnstile, it is important that your print at home ticket is readable and not printed on poor quality paper or a printer which is running low on ink. Please don’t try to consolidate multiple tickets onto one sheet of A4 or do anything to reduce the clarity of the barcode.
HOW DO I ENTER THE STADIUM?
Simply fold the A4 sheet of paper where requested and present the barcode into the mouth of the reader, just as you would do with a standard paper ticket and the turnstile will release in the usual way for you to gain entry. If you do experience problems please contact an Admissions Steward who will assist you.
WHAT IF MY PRINT AT HOME TICKET IS UNREADABLE?
When printing you tickets you should set your printer to the highest quality setting. If you do have a problem when printing you can reprint the ticket to ensure the barcode can be clearly read. Please ensure you destroy all other copies as the barcode is unique and will only allow one entry.
