Information on special Halloween themed soccer courses and party nights.

Youngsters will get a chance to work on their ghoulish goalkeeping, deadly dribbling and scary shooting at two special Football Fright Night Halloween parties in the October half-term.

Foundation of Light, the football club's official charity, are hosting the events at Crowtree Leisure Centre in Sunderland on
Monday 29th October and Thursday 1st November.

Youngsters aged 3-11 years can join the fun, where they will enjoy the usual great quality coaching that they’ve come to expect but with a Halloween twist.

Ahead of the Halloween themed soccer courses, Giles Sandercock from the Foundation of Light’s coaching team said: “With Halloween approaching we thought we’d take the opportunity to do something a little different that will be a lot of fun for all involved.”

Youngsters are encouraged to attend the sessions wearing fancy dress and there will be prizes for best costume. There will also be prizes in a range of football related categories which include Sunderland AFC match tickets.

Places can be booked for just £10 per child and every child attending will receive a Halloween goody bag. Places must be pre-booked by contacting Jade Royal on 0191 551 5077.

The Foundation of Light coaches are Sunderland AFC and FA approved and are responsible for developing and identifying talented players for Sunderland AFC’s Academy of Light.
