Sunderland AFC have signed a partnership with radio station 105-106 Capital FM North East for the 2012/13 season.

The partnership, the first time the club and station have worked together, will see both parties link up on areas such as ticket competitions, promotions and VIP events for both matchdays and concerts at the Stadium of Light.

Gary Hutchinson, SAFC Commercial Director, said “We are delighted to be working with the team at Capital for the first time and are really looking forward to growing and developing the partnership to our mutual benefit.

“The Capital team has brought some creative and engaging ideas to the table that really fit with our ambitions to grow and develop the club brand and we believe their audience is a great fit with our own supporter base.  We are very much looking forward to working with the Capital team for 2012/13.”
