Darren Bent has been passed fit for this afternoon's game against West Ham United at the Stadium of Light (KO 3pm).

The frontman has trained for the past two days and takes his place alongside Kenwyne Jones up front.  Steed Malbranque slots back in on the right of midfield in place of the injured Fraizer Campbell.

Paulo Da Silva is preferred to Phil Bardsley at right back, while Nyron Nosworthy keeps his place at centre-back alongside Michael Turner following an impressive display against Aston Villa in midweek.
