Q: What is the date of the concert?
A: Bon Jovi Thursday June 13
A: Rihanna Thursday June 20
A: North East Live Saturday June 22

Q: How much are the tickets?
A: Bon Jovi tickets are priced from £12.50 - £125 for standard tickets, and from £160 + VAT for hospitality options. Only General admission £65 (non golden circle tickets) are available from the SAFC ticket office from 9am Friday 2nd November 2012

A: Rihanna tickets are priced from £40 - £60 for standard tickets, and from £160 + VAT for hospitality options. General admission and golden circle tickets are now sold out.   

A: North East Live tickets are priced at £25, £30 and £40 for standard seats tickets and £50 for Black Cats Bar, General admission £35 and golden circle tickets £65. All tickets are available from the SAFC ticket office from 9am Friday 8th February 2013 and at www.aeglive.co.uk

Hospitality packages start from £95 + VAT and are available by calling 0871 911 1555 or emailing nelive@safc.com 

Q: Is there a booking fee?
A: Yes, booking fees will apply on all tickets other than those that are purchased in person from the Stadium of Light ticket office with cash.

Group bookings of 20 or more with reduced booking fees available,  please contact 0191 551 5004 or email ticket.office@safc.com  , coach spaces in venue car park can also be booked at this location- £30 per space.

Q: Where can I buy tickets?
In person at the Stadium of Light ticket office:
These tickets are for in-person purchases only.  Bookings cannot be taken via telephone. These are general admission tickets (standing/unreserved seating) are priced at £65 for Bon Jovi and North East Live seated, GA and Golden Circle are all available from the Stadium of Light ticket office. Credit/debit card purchases are subject to a booking fee. There is a limit of 8 tickets per person.

Q: I am a wheelchair user and would like to attend. What should I do?
A: Bon Jovi Concert please call 0871 230 1097 for details of disabled ticketing.

Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: Bon Jovi concert - In the interests of safety any young person under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and no children under the age of 5 are allowed.

A: Rihanna Concert - In the interests of safety any young person under the age of 14 will not be allowed access onto the pitch, Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and 5 years  or under must purchase reserved seat

A: North East Live – In the interest of safety any young person under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 for the show. No babes in arms are permitted for safety reasons.

 Q: What tickets are available to buy?
A: Fans have a choice of reserved seating, general admission or hospitality packages.

Q: How can I pay for tickets at the Stadium of Light ticket office?
A: Credit and debit cards are accepted and are subject to a booking fee.  Those who make cash purchases will not be charged a booking fee. Purchasers will be issued with a voucher which can be redeemed for an actual concert ticket nearer the time of the show.

Q: Can I buy a hospitality package for the concert?

Q: Can I buy a reserved seating ticket from the Stadium of Light ticket office?
A: No, these must be purchased from www.aeglive.co.uk for Bon Jovi or www.livenation.co.uk for Rihanna.  General admission Golden Circle (unreserved seating) for Rihanna are now Sold Out.

All tickets are available to purchase from the ticket office for North East Live concert.

Q: What are the opening times of the Stadium on the day?
A:         Bon Jovi & Rihanna
             2pm - External Courtyards
             4pm - Stadium doors 
             11pm (approx) - close and depart

Q: Will there be parking available on the day of the concert at the Stadium for the public?
A: No, there will be no parking available in the areas in the immediate vicinity around the stadium as the roads will be closed around the stadium to ensure the area is safe for concert goers.

Disabled parking will be available to wheelchair patrons only who present a valid wheelchair platform ticket and car park pass for the red car park (this pass will be included with your tickets). The location is in front of main west stand of stadium, near to turnstile 62A which is disabled entry point.

It is planned that there is park and walk; specific drop off points in and around the city near to the SoL and many other additional transports services to ensure everyone is accommodated - see transport section within the site.

Q: Will there be coach parking available at the stadium?
A: Yes, there is an area in the immediate area available for designated coach parking, permits for coaches for this area must be purchased from the club in advance and are on a first come basis at £30 each.

Q: Will there be car parking available in the city?
A: There are many car parks within the city, details to follow on this web site when they are confirmed, with Sat Nav addresses.

Public transport i.e.) Metro/Bus services are recommended where possible (we expect services will be extended

Coach parking is limited so prompt booking is advised to ensure all coaches can be accommodated.

Q: Will there be a guide to assist in finding the stadium, the correct entrance and how to find my seat/area?
A: Yes, there will also be a credit card sized fold out map sent out with your tickets

Q: What if I purchased a ticket from the SAFC ticket office on the release days, when will I be able to exchange my voucher for my concert ticket?
A:  The exchange facility will be available when the club receives tickets nearer the date and this will be communicated through the media and details will be posted on this web site when they are available.

Q: Will I be able to purchase food and drink in the stadium during the concert?
A: Yes, there will be a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and meal deals available at all bars and concessions within the stadium. There will also be on pitch dispense service for general admission patrons. 

Q: What if I have a ticket for hospitality area, what time will these areas close?
A: All hospitality areas will remain open late and will offer a range of food and drink offerings throughout in superb surroundings; we also have disco/party until late in selected areas for all hospitality guests

Q: Will areas within the city be open late after the concert?
A: Yes, there are many bars, restaurants and night clubs which will remain open until late for concert goers to enjoy in the city centre of Sunderland. Details of offers from various venues will be made available on the website in due course.

Q: Can I purchase official Bon Jovi/Rihanna/North East Live merchandise at the concert?

A: Yes, but only within the stadium in defined areas and at official outdoor locations, it is strongly recommended that you do not purchase merchandise from any non-official traders as this is non-official merchandise and these people will be trading illegally.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks into the Stadium?
A: No, food or drink can be brought into the stadium, searches will be applied at point of entry and guests will be asked to discard any food and drinks before entering.

Q: What if I have a general admission ticket, where do I sit/stand?
A: All general admission ticket holders will receive a wrist band on entry and will be directed to the Inner Bowl (on pitch/standing area); there are unreserved seats also in this area on a first come first served basis.

Q: Will there be drinking water available?
A: Yes, there will be drinking water available.

Q: What if I have a disabled ticket, where will I go?
A:  Your ticket will have a defined entry point and there is a special viewing location to accommodate you and your needs. Entrance is via disabled turnstile which will be
defined on your ticket- entry point turnstile 62a
NOTE - Disabled tickets are only for wheelchair users only

Q: What if I am pregnant and have a general admission ticket, where will I go?
A: There are a limited amount of unreserved seats located within the general admission area, so it is advised that if you are pregnant that you purchase a seated ticket. Contact ticket.office@safc.com if you require further details.

Q: What if I or one of my guests fell unwell or have an accident?
A: There will be many stewards, first aid staff and support staff available to assist with any situations of this nature; the stadium also has first aid treatment rooms and direct links with emergency services. Please find nearest steward if you require any assistance.

Q: Where will the stage be within the stadium?
A: The stage for the concert will be built into the South stand facing North with the full pitch occupied by fans.

Q: Is the stadium a smoking venue?
A: No, the Stadium of Light is a NON smoking venue
