Inside tonight's programme

Sneak peek inside Red & White.

Tonight’s match programme for the visit of Reading is a completely new issue and has been rewritten from the original postponed fixture back in August.

It includes full coverage of Saturday’s game with Chelsea and yesterday’s under-21s victory over Spurs.

Martin O’Neill reflects on the Chelsea match and his first year in charge, while marketing director Mike Farnan uses the View from the Boardroom column to reveal some fascinating news about Sunderland’s marketing and footballing developments on a global scale.

Captain Lee Cattermole explains his injury situation, while a year to the day from his debut James McClean is the subject of the in depth ‘Limelight’ feature and talks about his form and how his life has changed.

Danny Rose and Connor Wickham are also interviewed while Rose and Steven Fletcher are challenged in Simon Mignolet’s quiz.

Garath McCleary and Trevor Senior give the opposition view while tonight’s former player interview is Warren Hawke who played in the 1990 play off with Newcastle and the 1992 FA Cup final.

Sir Trevor Brooking, Sir Dave Richards, chairman of the FA Premier League and the FA’s Head of Coach Education John Peacock all give Red and White their thoughts on SAFC’s new academy indoor training facility.

We also catch up with former Sunderland youth product Richard Ord along with the chance to win his new autobiography written in conjunction with Red and White’s Andrew Smithson.

All this and a giant Simon Mignolet poster in the pull out Family Zone section.
