In-School Coaching

Find out about the coaching courses we can deliver at your school.

In-Curriculum Coaching: linked to the National Curriculum enabling young people to learn all aspects of football. All of our coaches are multi-sport qualified and capable of delivering all of your school’s PE needs.

Junior Sports Leader Award: for pupils aged 14+ this programme gives young people the chance to experience the organisational and delivery aspects of coaching developing personal skills that can be applied across all areas of their lives.

Breakfast, Lunch and After-School Clubs: these give young people the chance to participate in sporting activities outside of school hours and play an important part in our Player Pathway identifying gifted and talented players.

Disability Coaching and Awareness – All ages

‘Making Moves’, the Foundation of Light’s disability coaching team, provides opportunities for youngsters and children with disabilities to take part in a wide variety of sports.  Sessions can be focussed on delivery of coaching to disabled pupils, work with non disabled pupils to develop disability awareness or can be ran to teachers helping them understand how to include disabled pupils in non-disabled sessions.
