Casual Dance Coach
The Foundation of Light are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Dance coach to join the Sports Development team. Applicants should possess experience of delivering a variety of dance genres to wide age and ability ranges. Experience of working within a school setting would be desirable.

Ref: 001 Curriculum Lead Education - Full Time
The Foundation are looking for an innovative, passionate and creative curriculum lead for our Education programmes. The candidate will be required to write, develop and quality-manage new educational programmes suitable for Early Years, Primary and Secondary pupils. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum, experience of working in educational settings and essentially QTS qualified at either Primary or Secondary level. A minimum of two years recent experience of teaching in schools is also required.

This nationally recognised scheme uses the power of football to educate young people throughout the North East giving them the skills and qualifications to progress into employment or further education. The Study Programme requires an innovative and inspiring tutor to teach 16-19 year olds in English and Maths, helping them gain BTEC qualifications up to, and including Level 2. Recent experience of teaching these qualifications in an education setting is essential. This post specifically requires the candidate to have a Level 5 subject specialism in Maths or English, preferably both.

The main duties are to provide administrative support to staff within designated departments. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience and qualifications in a real work setting. Experience is not required; all training is provided. These opportunities may particularly suit school leavers. Applicants aged between 16-18 years old are invited to apply.

This nationally renowned scheme which reconnects parents with education through the power of football; requires an innovative tutor to coach families in issues surrounding child development, health and nutrition. Informal youth-work sessions on our Kicks project will also form a part of this role.
