Sunderland AFC Under-21s will host Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League 2 opening play-off game.
The fixture will be played on Monday 6 May at Eppleton CW (2pm).

The Black Cats qualified for the round of 16 following a seventh-place finish in the regular season.
The teams are seeded according to their final positions. All sides that finish in the top eight take the home advantage in the one-legged ties.
Each of the ties will take place this weekend, between Friday 3 May and Monday 6 May. If a tie is level after 90 minutes, there will be extra-time, and then a penalty shootout if required.
